Hey all. I've been having an issue recently in that I can't turn my console on via the Win10 Xbox App or the Smartglass app for iOS. I have my console in instant on mode (even though it has been slow as hell recently) and can stream games perfectly to my Surface once my console is on, but I can't get the console to turn on from any of these apps. Within the app there is a little moon and cloud symbol next to my Xbox name, and the 'Turn On' option just leaves me with a 'can't turn on console, connect to the same network.'
