Method 1: Run Hardware Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.

1) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.

2) Type troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.

3) Click hardware and sound and run the hardware and device troubleshooter.

Method 2: If the issue still persist, I would suggest you to reinstall the USB drivers and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows Key + X, and select Device Manager

2. Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section by clicking on the '+' sign.
